In its field of view are the dunes, the beach, the intertidal zone and the beach caf\u00e9 Breakers Beach House. The scanner has been taking one scan every hour, 24 hours a day since 10 July 2019, with one short interruption for technical reasons in the summer of 2020.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" Zone<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oostende (BE)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The laser scanner was mounted on a tall building in Oostende, Belgium for a duration of one year. From November 2017 to beginning of December 2018 a total of 1.5 TB of laser scanner data was collected in the form of one 3D scan per hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" scrolling=\"no\" marginheight=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.openstreetmap.org\/export\/embed.html?bbox=2.6641845703125004%2C51.1190409225206%2C3.0943679809570317%2C51.30679408461834&amp;layer=mapnik&amp;marker=51.213013200090984%2C2.8792762756347656\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" width=\"425\" height=\"350\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br><small><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openstreetmap.org\/?mlat=51.2130&amp;mlon=2.8793#map=12\/51.2130\/2.8793\">View Larger Map<\/a><\/small>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kijkduin (NL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The laser scanner was mounted on the roof of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nh-hotels.com\/hotel\/nh-atlantic-den-haag?campid=8435708&amp;utm_campaign=paid-search_brand&amp;utm_source=google&amp;utm_term=english-all&amp;utm_medium=paid-search&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiA04XxBRD5ARIsAGFygj-ss5_DLMiehW4aJ8Zx2-w_nDT0UORy5PsyxgwncdzZl3AnFR2x9xQaAnpoEALw_wcB\">Hotel NH Atlantic<\/a> for a period of six months (December 2016 &#8211; May 2017).
